Unrei Davis is an eighth grader who currently attends Costa Mesa Middle School. Unrei is an athlete who likes to play football and basketball, football being his favorite. In a recent football game that he was playing in, he broke his collarbone in half. A player on the other team had tackled him to the ground, and when he fell, he landed on his collarbone. Unrei has played football since the first grade and now plays for the Newport Harbor Patriots. Because of his broken collarbone, he had to undergo a three-hour-long surgery to repair the broken bone. This injury has prevented him from playing any of his sports—anything involving his left hand—and he now has to wear an arm sling.

In his free time, he likes hanging out with his family and friends. He likes spending time with his family and going to the movies with his friends. Unrei says that “family and friends come first,” which is the reason he likes spending time with them.

Some fun facts about Unrei are that he likes to do TikTok dances, he can do a backflip on a trampoline, and his favorite number is five because it’s his lucky number. One word that Unrei describes himself as is an “extrovert,” as he is very outgoing and is always trying to be social and talkative with people.

Overall, Unrei is a very interesting person. Although he has a broken collarbone, he still manages to hang out with his family and friends, and have fun.
